These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetMy.Bio, including the website, mobile experience, and all related features. By creating a profile or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
GetMy.Bio lets you create a digital biography — a single page with your story, links, and a QR code — and view other people's profiles. It is a personal profile tool, not a general-purpose social network.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use GetMy.Bio. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your sign-in email secure. We sign you in with a one-time email code — there are no passwords to manage. You may not impersonate others, reserve handles in bad faith, or share access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes another's rights. You also agree not to use automated tools to inflate views, karma or engagement, nor to abuse the appreciation, comment or referral features. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.
You own the content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the service and to make it shareable as you configure. You may remove it at any time. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you publish, including photos.
GetMy.Bio offers a free plan and paid upgrades — a Premium subscription (monthly) and Premium Lifetime, plus a one-time Verified badge — processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.
Karma is a virtual reward earned by referring friends and engaging with the community. It may be redeemed for Premium or a Verified badge as described on the pricing page. Karma has no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and is not property. We may adjust, withhold or revoke Karma if we detect farming, abuse or manipulation. Karma does not expire but may be reset if an account is terminated.
A badge indicates that a profile has been reviewed and verified as authentic at the time it was granted. Verification does not imply endorsement of the person or their content. We may re-review and remove a badge at any time if circumstances change.
You may stop using the service and delete your profile at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMy.Bio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be raised informally by emailing us; if it cannot be resolved, it shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
